  • Major Job Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate and perform daily installation, maintenance and repair works as and when necessary
    • Oversee & coordinate the worker/contractor who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other building system.
    • Perform any necessary building related work such as Masonry, Painting, Carpentry, drainage, piping plumbing and etc.
    • Attend to and resolve tenants’ complaints pertaining to facilities issues with tact and promptness.
    • Perform investigation on incident happen and prepare relevant reports.

    Job Requirement :

    • Possess SPMV or MLVK or any technical related certificate
    • Preferably with working experience in building maintenance or construction
    • Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays
    • Candidate who is certified wireman/charge man will be an added advantage



  • Major Responsibilities / Job Responsibilities
    • Cleaner dusts, vacuuming and take out the trash, making sure the building is well kept.
    • To prepare coffee or tea for meeting purpose.
    • To clean studio apartment when necessary.
    • To maintain the pantry
    • Office cleaner have important duties, as they are responsible to helping to create a pleasant environment for staff and customers.
    • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

    Job Requirement :

    • Have relevant working experience
    • Able work independently
    • Age below 55 years old.



  • Major Job Responsibilities:
    • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone call to relevant personnel.
    • Manage daily postal and courier services delivery and pick up arrangement.
    • Manage and administer conference and meeting room bookings and ordering refreshment.
    • Maintain office notice board by updating news, memo and related notice.
    • Maintain and update database of staff contact detail and emails.
    • To assist recruitment in coordinating interview schedule when necessary.
    • To administer and manage pantry utilities & supply
    • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the reception and general office areas such as pantry, meeting rooms etc.
  • Job Requirement :
    • Qualifications: SPM or equivalent.
    • Experience: Fresh school leaver or minimum 1 year working experience in clerical work or any equivalent combination of acceptable training and experience for Receptionist.
    • Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu (oral and written).
    • Cheerful, pleasant personality and presentable appearance.
    • Possess a soothing and pleasant voice.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
    • Computer literate.
