  • Major Responsibilities / Job Responsibilities :
    • Deliver service to tenant and customers with positive attitude and effective communication skills.
    • Overseeing the daily smooth running of all service counters
    • Attend to tenant and customer complaints, feedbacks, requests and problems.
    • Attend to emergencies and respond accordingly
    • Follow-up with the respective departments on incidents, mall defect or tenant’s operation issues.

    Job Requirement :

    • Minimum SPM
    • At least 1-2 years’ experience in relevant field
    • Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
    • Ability to understand and converse in Thai is an added advantage.
    • Pleasant personality and cheerful.
    • Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays



  • Major Responsibilities / Job Responsibilities
    • Coordinate and perform daily installation, maintenance and repair works as and when necessary
    • Oversee & coordinate the worker/contractor who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other building system.
    • Evaluating problematic system or facilities determining what installation or repair services need to be performed.
    • Perform any necessary building related work such as Masonry, Painting, Carpentry, drainage, piping plumbing and etc.
    • Attend to and resolve tenants’ complaints pertaining to facilities issues with tact and promptness.
    • Perform investigation on incident happen and prepare relevant reports.

    Job Requirement :

    • Must possess at least a Diploma, Professional Certificate in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
    • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 year of working experience in the related
    • At least 3 years of working experience in building maintenance or construction.
    • Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.
    • Knowledge in OSHA.
    • Candidate who is certified wireman/charge man will be an added advantage.



  • Major Responsibilities / Job Responsibilities
    • Assist Leasing manager in conducting market search, keeping up with market trends and compile information from potential retailers.
    • Responsible to show prospective tenants available shopping malls’ space to lease and to response to leasing enquiries.
    • To process all leasing related administrative work to ensure all documentation are in good order.
    • To manage the lease administration in the system, maintaining and updating all leasing profile and records.
    • To assist in preparation of correspondences including renewal letter, notices, reports, minutes, memorandums, facilities and etc.
    • To liaise closely with solicitor for execution of Tenancy Agreement and also contract of supply of electricity.
    • To liaise closely with inter-departments for matters pertaining to deposit and rental collection and refund, purchasing, insurance including issuance of relevant memos, tenant’s complaint etc.

    Job Requirement :

    • Possess a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
    • At least 2 years’ experience in leasing, retail or property management field or in shopping mall similar capacity.
    • Possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in  Property Development/Real Estate or equivalent are added advantages.
