  • Fit-Out Coordinator
    • Perform site inspection of fit-out works carry out in the mall and ensure compliances from tenants.
    • Responsible in monitoring fit-out progress and follow up with tenants and contractors if there is any delay.
    • Support process of concept and technical documents submission.
    • Facilitate meetings and discussions with retailers and tenants to provide explanation of the design comments (when necessary).
    • Responsible for induction meetings arrangement for contractors, designers and workers.
    • Assist in preparing drawing using AutoCAD and ensure all documents and drawings are kept safely.
    • Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationship, resolve any tenants’ fit-out concerns and issues.
    • Possess at least Diploma in Interior design or relevant.
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant area will be added advantage.
  • Housekeeping Assistant
    • Man the cashier counter at Premium Washroom and perform collection as scheduled.
    • Assist HSKP supervisor to monitor & ensure that the job scope is carry out by operation/contract cleaners.
    • Monitor the inventory closely.
    • Monitor and clean toilets, offices and staff studios as and when necessary.
    • Follow-up all the daily task assignment from HSKP manager or Supervisor.
    • Keep high standard on personal grooming and cleanliness of the working place.
    • Immediately attend to raising problems.
    • Minimum secondary qualification.
    • Preferably with experiences in similar capacity.
    • Willing to work on shift and public holidays.
    • Good customer skills

 

  • Security Officer
    • Support the Security Manager in managing overall management of security department.
    • Provide leadership and direction in guiding the security operation.
    • Assist the Security Manager in preparing the necessary reports and records, e.g duty roster, internal incident report.
    • Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of all surveillance and alarm system.
    • Liaise with security contractor and ensure efficient coverage and surveillance at key area.
    • Well versed with immediate action drill and emergency response procedure in the event of any emergency.
    • Conduct internal investigation when necessary.
    • Build and maintain good rapport with the police and other external enforcement agencies.
    • Liaise closely with local police on progress of cases reported.
    • Preferably with experience in Security / Armed forces, protective service or equivalent or retired army / police personnel.
    • Physical and mentally fit with good interpersonal communication skills.
    • Willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.

 

  • Admin Executive 
    •  Support on daily general admin operation, office or equipment maintenance.
    • Controls of issuing and consumptions of office items and consumables.
    • Support in human resources activities, such as leave records, claim reimbursement, travelling request, recruitment and etc.
    • Assist in administration of staff amenities e.g uniform, pantry supplies and office special events.
    • Assist in company’s purchasing activities such as issuance of purchase requisition and purchase order, liaison with selected vendors and contractors.
    • Liaison with operation department such as building services, marketing, leasing and security for purchasing planning and execution.
    • At least a Diploma in Administration/Management or equivalent.
    • At least 1 year relevant office management, administrative or purchasing experience.
    • Strong administration skills, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
