  • Foodcourt Supervisor
    • Responsible for daily operation of the Foodcourt particularly emphasis on cleanliness & hygiene and opening & closing of the Foodcourt.
    • Ensure the operators abide by food handling guideline.
    • Attend to any customer feedbacks / complaints.
    • Ensure good relations between all stalls holders / operator
    • Ensure smooth running of the food court, pot-wash and associated  cleaning machine.
    • Ensure all Foodcourt fixtures and equipment are maintained in good  order for safety.
    • At least 2 years in F&B industry and supervisory position.
    • Good communication and customer service skills.
    • Willing to work on shift and during public holidays.


  • Housekeeping Assistant
    • Man the cashier counter at Premium Washroom and perform collection as scheduled.
    • Assist HSKP supervisor to monitor & ensure that the job scope is carry out by operation/contract cleaners.
    • Monitor the inventory closely.
    • Monitor and clean toilets, offices and staff studios as and when necessary.
    • Follow-up all the daily task assignment from HSKP manager or Supervisor.
    • Keep high standard on personal grooming and cleanliness of the working place.
    • Immediately attend to raising problems.
    • Minimum secondary qualification.
    • Preferably with experiences in similar capacity.
    • Willing to work on shift and public holidays.
    • Good customer skills


  • Security Officer
    • Support the Security Manager in managing overall security and management of the Mall, including external areas and access roads.
    • Provide leadership and direction in guiding security operations in accordance to standard procedures, emergency responses and operation of all surveillance and alarm systems.
    • Responsible for the supervision and administration of the security personnel to ensure instruction are being enforced.
    • Monitoring on promo setting up, dismantling and night works.
    • Supervising and maintaining the operation of CCTV surveillance, fire alarm and magnetic door access control system.
    • To conduct roll call and briefing during handing and taking over of guard duties.
    • Assisting in or conducting in-house / internal investigation and inquiry on criminal cases, incidents and complaints reported.
    • Respond to emergencies and incidents.
    • Responsible in planning, coordinating, executing, training and advising on all aspects with regards to Health, Safety and Environment.
    • Responsible to establish, manage and monitor standards, processes communications, training and systems to ensure all responsibilities associated with Health and Safety within local laws are comply.
    • Ensure the daily operations of the car park department are attended to as instructed.
    • Supervising outsourced security guards in conducting security patrols in assigned areas and report to Security Control Room of any situation of the ordinary, obstructions, suspicious characters, damages or out-of-order facilities or items for further actions.
    • Qualifications: Possess at least Secondary education level
    • Experience: Minimum with at least 2 years’ relevant experience in related field
      • Skills / Competencies:
      • Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays
      • Good communication skills and able to interact with customer


  • Admin Executive 
    • To maintain control over all purchasing process including the selection of vendors and monitoring of supplier performances.
    • Effective and proactive liaison with operation department such as building services, marketing, leasing, security for procurement planning and execution.
    • Oversee timberline procurement activities of the Company.
    • Managing monthly budgetary plan for purchases deliveries in order to meet the company requirement.
    • Perform and coordinate procurement of all goods and services required by Management Office by obtaining quotations and raising purchase orders.
    • Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
    • Drive supplier’s qualification process, ensure compliance and manage supplier’s feedback/evaluation periodically.
    • Implement corporate and departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management and established specification, procedures and policies of corporate office.
