  • A&P Executive – PR/Events
    • Responsible to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the best marketing strategy in areas of events & promotions so as to support the marketing objectives for the mall and maximize the mall’s positive exposure in local and national markets.
    • Driving and managing corporate branding, identity, corporate reputation & developing clarity in Internal & External Communications.
    • Formulate and implement effective Public Relations plans on a quarterly and monthly basis.
    • Build and maintain contacts with media i.e newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires and blogs, for opportunities for tenants/clients/sponsors.
    • Managing and updating information whilst engaging with users on social media sites such as Facebook and instagram.
    • Support the department’s target revenue through promotion court income.
    • Ensure proper implementation and smooth coordination of events in accordance with the requirements and standards of each promotional campaign.
    • Establish and maintain effective work relationships with tenants, relevant government agencies, relevant associations, and industry members, business associates for joint collaboration and sponsorship opportunities.
    • Provide promotional-related advice with coordination and assistance to tenants’ promotional needs in relation to the departmental goal.
    • Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Journalism or related field of study.
    • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
    • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.

 

  • Office Boy
    • Deliver and collect mails, cheques, documents and other items as required to various sites, customers, banks, government department or any other location within Penang.
    • Plan, organise and prioritize daily schedule in order to complete task assigned on time.
    • Possess valid driving license (B2 or D)
    • Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu (oral/written)
    • Familiar with route in Penang Island & Mainland

 

  • Security Personnel – CCTV
    • To deter and prevent crime through CCTV surveillance and monitoring for all trading area and car parks.
    • To monitor the surrounding and make sure that they are secured and no unauthorized persons are trespassing after business hours.
    • To regulate and manage the operation of Fire Control Room, alarm and surveillance system.
    • To ensure daily efficiency of all alarm systems and that all equipment and cameras are functioning and records are updated in accordance to standard operating procedure and existing administrative instructions.
    • To ensure daily efficiency of all radio and line communication and that they are checked daily.
    • All information, documents and recordings obtained are to be treated with confidentiality and that CCTV recordings are only allowed with approval of HOD.
    • Possess at least Secondary education level
    • Minimum with at least 2 years’ relevant experience in related field
    • Past experience in CCTV operations will be an added advantage
    • Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays
    • Good communication skills and able to interact with customer
    • Computer literate

 

  • Customer Service
    • Deliver service to tenant and customers.
    • Overseeing the daily smooth running of all service counters
    • Attend to tenant and customer complaints, feedbacks, requests and problems.
    • Attend to emergencies and respond accordingly
    • Minimum SPM
    • At least 2-3 years’ experience in relevant field
    • Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia and conversant in local dialects.
    • Computer literate.
    • Pleasant personality and cheerful.
    • Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays

 

  • Foodcourt Supervisor
    • Responsible for daily operation of the foodcourt particularly emphasis on cleanliness & hygiene and opening & closing of the foodcourt
    • Ensure the operators abide by food handling guideline and local authorities
    • Attend to any customer feedbacks / complaints
    • Ensure good relations between all stalls holders / operator
    • Ensure smooth running of the food court, pot-wash and associated cleaning machine.
    • Ensure all foodcourt fixtures and equipment are maintained in good order for safety
    • At least 2 years in F&B industry and supervisory position
    • Good communication and customer service skills
    • Willing to work on shift and during public holidays
